Nothing that is developed follows its original plan

We are living in interesting times. Objectives and visions are revised. Plans are upset and calculations are redone. Business areas, projects and people show their hands in red or black figures.

Movement, changes and new challenges are developmental for lines of business, companies, groups and individuals. Unfortunately, they are rarely particularly popular. Neither among the managers who have to implement them or the employees who need to adapt to the new conditions.

Getting an entire organisation to focus its energy in the same direction is complicated even when times are good. When there is a great deal of uncertainty, even more is required of those who need to point out the way and personally take the lead.
